Good morning Sadek and Chadi,

All shippers need to create a document such as the one I have attached. They should fill it out with their own personal information. If they are skilled at writing they should feel free to add or change some of the language I used.

Once they have them completed with their name and information, including any changes to the words I used, send them to me to check and verify before they sign and take it to a Notary. Once I approve each affidavit, I will send it back to you to give to them for notarization.

I need you to check to ensure my description of the shipping process is accurate. The information MUST be 100% accurate. If there is any misrepresentation, in the facts, OFAC will have even more reason to hold the vehicles. Please call me if you have questions.

For the companies that have no association with Ellissa, we will have to take a different kind of approach.

All Shippers should also provide:

· A copy of business license

· Any evidence that they used other consignees besides Ellissa (if available)

· Any information that shows that shippers must use a consignee
