Re: U.S. v. Rowe and U.S. V. Lopez coordination

Bret, I need you to reverse the schedule for the 2nd and the 3rd. We will be doing the 410 proffer in the 2nd and the Lieutenants on the 3rd.

I'd like to do the proffer at 0900.

Matt,
I need you to please clear up your schedule on the 2nd. I would like for you and I to visit 8th & I to walk the ground from the bar to Klay's house, walk through the house to take photos and to interview witnesses.

Would you please take care of the coordination. Nute Bonner is the SJA and he's a good friend. I will contact him to give him a head's up.

I would also like to interview Klay's RS and anyone who worked in her shop. I'm going to have limited connectivity until thursday evening. My responses may be very slow.
