Haytham,

The defense has requested SSgt Lopez as a witness in GySgt Kelton's Art 32
on Wed, 25 May.  (As we discussed, I'm planning on being there.)  Can I tell
the TC that she'll invoke?  I think they can still demand that she be
produced and simply invoke and turn around and leave.  But, I just want to
make sure we're on the same page as far as our overall strategy.  Please
advise.
