RE: LCpl Ciarmataro

Hi Nichole,

I also didn’t know it was Dave’s battalion.  I would have emailed him directly.  I never heard back so I assumed no assistance is necessary.  I’m not sure how much help I could have been except to force them to hire a lawyer.  I’m sure you’re familiar with the Supreme Court decision regarding this church’s activities.  I was prepared to rally some Marines and show up as a show of force to intimidate them to back off J.  Their conduct really pisses me off.

Haytham,

Meant to send this earlier, but I’ve been TAD and didn’t have access to your email.

I don’t know how you found out about this, or if you even knew it was from Dave’s battalion, but I was so grateful to receive this offer of assistance from you.  Always knew you were an upstanding dude, even if your heart lays in defense work.  J

Thanks again.

Nicole

Ma’am, Tom,

Just wanted to see if there was anything new with regards to LCpl Ciarmataro’s funeral being protested by Westboro Baptist Church and when that funeral is taking place.  Mr. Haythan Faraj, a former Marine attorney, is licensed in Michigan and has offered to assist the Ciarmataro family in any way he can.   Please let me know if this is still an issue and we can put them in touch with one another.

V/r,

Capt Thomas
