Attached email string (read from bottom up) pertains to concern that my CO and First Radio Battalion may have unlawfully influenced my case.
Is the fact that SECNAV has already issued his final determination (lesser grade) relevant to whether or not I can raise the UCI issue now, assuming I can substantiate?
