When I spoke to LtCol Hudspeth and advised her of the what Col Baker had advised me, LtCol Hudspeth said that LtGen Flynn would issue me an order to make a statement. Col Baker advised me to wait for that order to come down through my chain of command at Ft Sill. Sir, this is all very confusing to me.

I have no problem answering any of these questions, let me forward them on to ensure there is not anything I am doing that would not be advised due to the recent allegations involving me, then I will go ahead and do so. I believe it would be more beneficial to answer these over the phone in order to give you more background if necessary and give you the opportunity to ask follow on questions if you deem necessary. Ma'am I am more than willing to be supportive and cooperative in this, but am obviously blind-sided by recent accusations.
