RE: U.S. v. Card

IO said while there's evidence to be believe the offense was committed, the
Government's sole witness to the alleged offense is insane, lacks
credibility and if the Government went forward there is no way they could
secure a conviction so they shouldn't do it.

This entire case is a delusion by man who suffers from terrible TBI and
PTSD. An overzealous NCIS agent got a hold of the first statement and
created a case and facts where none existed. It is one of the worst abuses
I have seen. Agent Periard will never have to answer for his lies and
misconduct.

Awesome, thank you Haytham, this will be a huge help. I'll take a good read
on this and see what we can do, and will be in touch.
Has the IO issued a recommendation?

I decided I would send you the transcript. The statements are too numerous
and have been shown to have no integrity. If you like I can send them to
you. The important witnesses here are HM1 Slaughter, GySgt Hawk, 1stSgt
Cook, Russell, Cotton, Kadrie and Agent Periard. The stipulation I offered
for 1stSgt Beale is the truth. He was intimidated into not testifying.
