Importance: High
Mr. Faraj,
I have cc'd the IO for his awareness on these witness issues.
Special Agent Barton is a special agent afloat assigned to the USS GEORGE
H.W. BUSH (CVN 77), outside of the local area. However, I will forward your
request to Special Agent Bottoms, the lead agent assigned to the case here,
to determine whether Special Agent Barton might be available telephonically
on short notice and to see if he can acquire her interview notes prior to
the Article 32 tomorrow. Unfortunately, due to the timing of your request,
this may not be feasible. I will let you know once I know anything further.

Courtney,
If NCIS Special Agent Barton is available, I request that she be produced.
If she is not available in the local area, I request that she be made
available by telephone. I also request the agent's notes for the February 4
interviews she conducted with MMFN Dull.
See you tomorrow
Haytham
