Your accomplishments are a testament to your professionalism. I am glad that you are at defense. There is no greater calling. I have often felt alone and lonely doing that job but then I think about all the people that I have helped by keeping them out of jail and I realize that but for the work we do those people would not be living life, breathing the fresh air, enjoying the sunshine, spending time with loved ones and doing the things that give value to our lives. The deeper you consider these issues the more you realize that no other area of law will give you the satisfaction that criminal defense gives you. But it will also try you.
