He's not going to make an ethics decision.  It's not his to make.  He set
forth the facts and decided that as presented they were inappropriate but
were remedied.  The Marine Corps and her State Bar must now take action to
discipline her.

The corrections were requested by me because in his original findings he
said that all the charges were referred to trial from the Article 32.  That
was not accurate.

I don't know how to answer that.  It looks like he criticized Col Smith,
said her actions were inappropriate, but he fell short in saying there was
any illegal or unethical conduct.
