Re: INVOICE# 1102279/ shipping instructions

Dear Ms. Alijosius,

It is of no relevance that Mohamed is on sick leave to Department of Homeland Security. The file should be in your office. Please check the file and provide the information.  Mr. Wahid provided you the information and hired you to facilitate this shipment. We do not have the manifest but are looking for a copy. I recommend you find it first.  Also please have Mohamed's supervisor provide a letter stating that Mohamed in on sick leave and what it is that he is suffering from. I would like to provide that letter to DHS to explain our tardy response.  Along with that letter please provide another letter clarifying that you provided your own estimate for the value of the Audi and not from the Bill of Sale or from Mr. Wahid.

Mr. Wahid hired your company because you represent yourselves as specialists in shipping. Your company's failure to take immediate action to remedy the errors on the shipping manifest is costing Mr. Wahid money and now attorney's fees. I encourage you to find Mr. Mohamed, find the file, and get us the documents so we can avoid further losses of time and money.

Sincerely,

I cannot find detail info, only general description of 33 personal items...

Please forward the value and the correct description. As you know, Mohammed has been on medical leave for a while, not sure where he would have had anything else.

Thanks!

Sincerely,

Mohammed should have a detailed list of the items.

I will forward information to you as it becomes available.

Thank you.

Laura, as per Mohammed's notes, there are 33 pcs of personal items in the container. In order to avoid future misunderstandings, I need the exact description of the items and the Value of these items.

Please find the copy and supporting documents, such as bill of sales, so we can finish the documentation for the personal items that are left in the container.

Thank you in advance. If I have the paperwork by the early morning tomorrow, we should still be ok.

Nikki,

My father is currently in Lebanon where it is 1:30am. He knows what is in the container but is currently unavailable.

He originally gave Mohammad a list of material that was in the container at the time of pick-up. The list should be in Marwan Wahid's file. But I will try to find a copy of the material list for you.

Let me know if you require anything else.

Regards,
