Subject: Access for civilian attorney

MAC Taylor:

Need to ensure the gate personnel allow Mr. Haytham Faraj, a civilian
attorney, access to Recruit Training Command on 12 & 13 April 2011. He is
representing BMCS Smith in an upcoming Article 32 investigation and
potential court-martial. Mr. Faraj will need access on both those days to
conduct witness interviews.

Thanks -
R/LCDR Clady
