Good morning Charlie,

I need your assistance in getting together the following people for
interviews on April 12.  If necessary, I'll also be available on April 13.
Please see if we can do it in the library in your building.  We can also
split it to do some in your building and other on the RTC side of the base.
I'll be ready to start at 1000.  I'm going to start with Senior Chief Smith
first and then go to the 1st available person.  I estimated the time I will
need with each person to assist you in the scheduling.
