Doug,
There will not be a full record of trial.  They're going to do a summarized
record because you weren't dismissed or given a sentence over a year.  We
should ask the court reporter section to make us copies of the audio.

How long does it usually take for the record of trial to be compiled?

Is there a way to specifically request that the testimony of Col Smith, Maj
Jackson, Col Conlin, LtCol Trapp, Maj Blalock, Maj Bueno, and SA Burge, be
produced ASAP?

If so, I would like to take out excerpts in order to add to the Clemency
Request. I think showing the various charge sheets between MCRD and 3d MAW
(noting that the guilty verdict was not charged until it was transferred),
as well as the inconsistencies between statements, will be a strong argument
for the verdict to be wiped.
