I received your email last week informing
the group that you were still out of town? Are you back yet? If so, will you be
attending this Wednesdayâs meeting? I ask because this is a very important that you do
if you are in town. The tickets are printed and ready for distribution. Also,
during this meeting the financial projections, sponsorship template, Khoudourat
bio, and event synopsis will be presented. All of which will require approval.
This is why your attendance to this particular meeting would serve to be most
valuable. Can you update me on your status?
On a separate note. I spoke to Dr. Ned
this morning. He is scheduled to be back in his office on Monday, March 21st,
2011. We should hold a executive committee meeting soon and before that time. After
that and upon his return, I can better set a BODâs meeting date. It has
been a while since we have had either. Plus, we have two events (Computer
Center and LTU Non-profit Workshop) coming up April 9th and April 15th.
The members support and input will better help to ensure the maximum level of success
for both events.
Lastly, I wanted to suggest nominating
Attorney Rima Elzein to fill one of the available vacant positions on the LIBC Executive
Committee. I know you personally know her.
