charge sheet.  I forgot to call and discuss it with you.  I have Maj
Scarselli working through the witness list.

In prepping for our witness list, what are the government's intentions?
Does the government intend on resurrecting the old GCM charge sheet or is
the BOI just about the charges he pled for at NJP?

If it is the former, than we will need all the fact witnesses for the trial.
If it is the later, than we will need mainly character witnesses only.

I propose March 31 at 1200 and April 1st all day for the BOI.  The reason
for the 1200 start time is because I have to be in Omaha, Nebraska, the day
before and want to make sure I have enough time for travel.
