It took 6 days for him to send it back to me. He did nothing in those 6 days and asked for 2 continuances.Â

Hereâs the pretrial statement. I prepared most of it and sent it to Herb to input their language. That was 7 days ago. This was due 4 days ago. He failed to get it done on time. Based on how Herb handled this, I have serious doubts about the guyâs abilities but I also recognize that he is underhanded and an opportunist.
