RE: two sessions, one case!

Trial is in California.Â

Two girls accuse an Marine Captain of raping them by using a date rape drug while they were all on a law school trip to New Orleans. New Orleans DA took a look at the allegations and declined to prosecute. University of San Diego investigated and decided that the charges were unsubstantiated. The girls then contacted the Marine Corps. NCIS got involved and began to fabricate evidence and testimony. The investigation took nearly a year. They have destroyed his life and ended his career. Next week I start with some pretrial motions and then jury selection. Itâs expected to be an 8-10 day trial.
