RE: Lawsuit claims Pentagon turned blind eye to military rape victims



I am not sure what to say about this article.  It’s unfortunate that there are genuine victims who are being ignored.  On the other hand, the draconian new 120 turns the constitution on its head and allows even the most frivolous charges to go forward and for the government to obtain convictions against even innocent members.

 

So while I am moved by the stories of “real” victims, I am way too aware of many false victims who use the system to destroy the lives of innocent military members.
