Please be advised that the Pretrial Services Officer supervising the deft in California is requesting a modification of the release conditions to add "mental health assessment/treatment". The deft expressed that he suffers from PTSD. She feels that it is appropriate to obtain an assessment to determine if mental health treatment is recommended by a therapist.
I am going to complete a petition requesting that the Court amend the conditions of release. Hope you do not object.
