The settlement was $10,000. Â$2,368.32 was for costs and fees. We just need to find out with specificity what it is for. I know itâs for JAMS costs but what costs specifically are we talking about. It may be that the opposing firm was taking actions that JAMS is now billing us for. From: Atwood Marcy [mailto:marcy@puckettfaraj.com] H, here's the history as I know it on this bill: We have forwarded this Bill to Dodd at least twice now. The question apparently is was this part of the settlement agreement that Dodd would pay this cost? You told me (see below) that JAMS is the Audiovisual's choice to do the arbitration. Only Dodd knows if this is an accurate bill especially if you jumped in at the last moment to help with this issue and you were not present, 10/29 and 11/11. I do not have a relationship with JAMS nor do I know what this is for. JAMS is an Arbitrations service that a company suing Mike Dodd has chosen to use. It should be forwarded to the Mike Dodd. From: Atwood Marcy [mailto:marcy@puckettfaraj.com] H - what is this? Who pays it? Can it be passed directly to the Client? We don't have the cash. M Begin forwarded message: From: "Kenneth F.
