RE: Question about sealed MFR

I have no recollection of him being present at the hearing. I didn’t know Maj Kaza personally but if you feel he is the right attorney to argue this then we’re on board with that recommendation.

Was SSgt Wuterich present at the ex parte hearing? The list of those present on page 1 of the MFR doesn't include him. It would potentially create an appellate issue if he wasn't there.
