Proposed Amendments to Bylaws regarding Board of Directors

The proposed Amendments are attached. Please send them to Mr. Fawaz for his review. I anticipate that these will be submitted to the next executive committee meeting for review, discussion and approval. Then they should be forwarded to the Board for approval at which time the Bylaws will be amended to reflect the change.
