RE: (Cynowa v. CSSS et al) Appearance of additional Plaintiff's attorney and Rule 237 Trial Request...

Johnson brought in a trial attorney.  It seems that she is not as comfortable trying the case as pretrial litigation.

Subject: (Cynowa v. CSSS et al) Appearance of additional Plaintiff's attorney and Rule 237 Trial Request...

Lisa, Bill, and Haytham,

Attached please find an appearance filed by Peter V. Bustamante, on behalf of the Plaintiff, as well as a Rule 237 Request for documents and testimony at trial.  Note that Theresa Johnson is still listed as representing Plaintiff in this case.

As far as the Rule 237 trial request for documents and testimony is concerned, we will follow-up with you later regarding what documents we will gather and produce at trial.  Thanks.

Regards,

John E. Murray, Esq.
