Hi Haytham, Those documents were close to 300,000 files that were part of the Kuwait Data Set of the Iraq Research and Documentation Project of the Iraq Foundation of Washington DC. They had to be accessed through a log in database and could not be downloaded. The physical documents I believe are property of the US Defense Intelligence Agency and were stored in Colorado. I am not sure who has jurisdiction of them at this moment.
