Mr. Martin,

Iâm running into some issues with my two of my witnesses.  I intend to ask the judge for a continuance but it would have to be until mid April.  Is that something you can consent to?  My conflict with my witnesses can be resolved earlier but my schedule does not allow me to schedule anything before Mid April.  Please advise of your position.

 

I will have my expert information to you today.
