Mr. Faraj, I will provide this to my employer and the company attorney in
the civil case. I have notified them of the comflict in dates and they
stated that I would be needed in the civil case from 10-15 Jan 2011. I
anticipate that some communication between you and the company attorney may
be required at some point due to this date conflict. I will keep you
informed.
