Will you be offering this to a specific organizations or as a firm general policy? I think using it to build good will with certain organizations to win their loyalty makes sense. As a general firm policy, we found the free consultation to be wasteful, because people call up with the statement “I’m just calling for a free consultation.”

I'd like to reach out to some federal employee groups, including Federally Employed Women (FEW), and offer free one hour consultations to their members. Any objections?
Another firm, Shaw Bransford, set up a number of these deals years ago, and the groups have remained loyal to them for no reason other than what seems like inertia. I'd like to chip away at this.
