Hi Ibrahim, The case is scheduled to begin on January 6 and will continue
for 2 weeks. The first week to 10 days will be the government’s
presentation. I think it may be important for you to listen to the testimony
of the former Iraqi Intelligence officers testifying against Issam. If you can’t
be here in person, I will have transcripts or summaries of their testimony
emailed to you so you can read it. I definitely need you to be here by Jan
