Had a chance to review this. It’s an important
opportunity. Are we sure we didn’t miss deadlines? I spoke
with Nabil yesterday and have another call with him today. He definitely
has access to qualified translators. That along with your contact and
some of the Detroit resources should give us plenty of potential
candidates. We’ll have to establish some criteria for
qualifications and a vetting process to ensure that the people are
qualified. That is something that can be done but requires time and
extensive effort. Let’s staff this and create some plans to take up
this contract. I am in a flight back to Detroit this afternoon. I
was thinking we could do a call tomorrow morning using skype. Let me know

update.
1) Incorporation projected to take effect 10 Nov...yes that's on
purpose...Marine Corps B-Day...in case that didn't connect.
2) E-mail to be established tomorrow.
3) The exciting news. See above link. See following e-mail
excerpt. See where I am going.
4) I had a meeting today with a current OMC translator who believes he
can pool at least 30 people. That is being worked as we speak.
5) The contract looks like it will be awarded to begin in February,
2011. Intel is strong and reliable.
6) Standby for updates on the way ahead. This is going to take off
quick so fasten your seat belts. I am looking for easy quick kills and
this is exactly what I was hoping for. I encourage each of you to
scan fedbiz ops whenever you have the opportunity and if you see something that

that my last assignment was with the Office of Military Commissions prior to my
