are you back in Detroit?
total last minute though can you please do a call for me
tomorrow morning at 1115 eastern? very short version, 5 years ago as a
peripheral to the MVM debacle another customer asked for a refund of fees paid.
We agreed and have a settlement. there is a call tomorrow with an arbitrator
(JAMS in California)
apparently they had been trying to contact me to no avail
b/c of my multiple moves in the last few years. I requested a continuance until
I could get you involved, though the case manager said I missed the response
window (of course I did I had no idea of conference call) I can send you the
call in info.
plus, I need to nail you down for a meeting ASAP. We need to
meet the Qatari people immed if possible. Pls advise.
