Neal -- I'm still working on the request for a stay. My brain is
getting fuzzy, so I'm going to pack it in for the night and continue working in
the morning. We shouldn't have any trouble getting it ready to file
tomorrow except for one small glitch -- NMCCA's web site is down, so I can't
access their rules. I'm preparing the stay request in compliance with the
Joint CCA rules. If NMCCA's web site is still down tomorrow, we can get
Maj Sripinyo to make any necessary changes on Monday and still file it
then.
