with Burden. It does not give a fee only a fee advance request; there is
not a quote of $5500 or a cap. You are confusing this case with
Wilridge's 3d contract. Draft FA at the bottom of this Email. I would prefer you go flat fee for the rest of this or call
it a day right now. I cannot find all the data needed to do accurate
billing. Here is the draft FA I have on this case dated 1 September
2008. Do you have a copy with the Client signature? Is this the
