Haythem,

Thanks.  I took the deal to the SJA.  He will take it to the CG tomorrow;
however, will not recommend signature with the "show cause" language in.  

Bottom line is we will need a clean copy with no "show cause" provision IOT
get it signed.  Our meeting with the CG is tomorrow at 1500.  After that we
lose another day or so to get signatures and the 32 is scheduled for next
thurs.

I just need to know if getting a signed copy with no "show cause" provision
is possible by tomorrow.
