haven't seen any change in schedule judicially ordered yet. I
will verify that there are no major witness conflicts with that date,
although I don't have any reason to believe that there would be. If you
can send me a continuance request with excludable delay, I'll endorse it and
forward to LtCol Rubin.

Gentlemen,
In light of the change in trial dates for US v Wuterich, I'd like to get new
trial dates on the calendar ASAP in order to begin notifying witnesses and
making appropriate logistical arrangements. If everyone sends me their
scheduled trial dates for the next few months, I can determine what dates
are available for trial (and possible follow-on Art 39a if necessary).
