They claim they need it because their forensic reconstructionist -Maloney- fell off a cliff and busted himself up. I suspect there is something else behind it. Maloney worked hand in hand with another guy who could testify to the same work. We're still going on the record on the 13th for the remainder of the Hutchins motion.
