after the arraignment.
If this is correct, then I am directing you to provide me, the docketing

I spoke with CDR Barber in regards to the below e-mail and there have been
some changes. The arraignment is still set for 14 September.
Mr. Faraj,
The motion for docketing the Court received states that your first available
date for trial is 1 February 2011. Please submit a copy of your schedule
from now until February to the Docketing Judge, CDR Barber.

No court dates have been decided or ruled out at this time.
