What is your sense of her claim that they accepted them. If they're as old
as 4 years old, it seems to me that at best she's guilty of violating the
returns policy which is dependent on the NEX enforcing it not the customer.
If the product was new and they're claiming that she returned stolen goods
to get money back, that's different story.

I talked to wofford this morning. Her defense to the larceny charge was that
she was returning gifts from the Guam NEX she received 4-5 years ago, and
that she didn't have the receipts for the goods. She seemed to indicate
they'd be used by her. The NEX exchange policy is 45 days after purchase.
