Dear Ms. Rawa: In response to your email regarding our fees. Our
qualifications are listed on our website. You are welcome to review them
at your leisure. All our attorneys are experienced at handing complex litigation
against the U.S. Government. We do undertake representation in cases such
as yours. I, however, will not do a full evaluation of your case for
free. I have done one evaluation and have determined that we can
represent you. Further will work will have to be paid for. As you
can see from our contract we charge an hourly fee for work. If you would
like us to do something on your case you will have to pay an upfront
retainer. The fees will probably be more than $10,000 because this is
complex transnational litigation. We do not work on a contingency or
percentage fee. Our contract is not negotiable. Thank you for your interest Sincerely, Haytham Faraj, Esq.
