We're not opposing their motions Meredith.  It's stupid that they didn't ask
us if we consent.  I was planning to let them know over the weekend and
submit something to the court.

Thanks.  I will make sure everyone gets registered with a cage code.

Also, Capt Van Norman (Ass't Trial Counsel) called me yesterday to ask me if
we were going to be responding to the government motions.

I never even got served a copy of the government motions.  I told her that
and she apologized as apparently she was responsible for serving them and
did not serve me.

https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx in order to obtain a CAGE Code Account
so the Comptroller can complete their contracts. Once they have completed
