Mr. Faraj,
Please see below. If you can just change that and resend it, I will submit
it. Additionally, I still can't open your calendar. Lastly, I submitted the
attached proposed Pto, and also requested Nov 19 for a 39a session on
motions. The government is not real happy about the February 1st date, and
they don't think the Judge will be either. I know this isn't your first
rodeo, just relaying what they told me.
