In order to make a claim attributing an injury to the conduct of the Department of the Navy personnel acting within the scope of their employment, a claimant must submit the attached Standard Form 95  with evidence which substantiate the chain of causation.

 

1.    Claims against Department of the Navy must be presented in writing within two years after they accrue. 

 

2.    Any claims for the personal injury or death of a member of the Armed Forces or civilian employee that is incident to service are normally not payable under the Military Claims Act.  10 U.S.C. Â2733(b)(3).
