I contest the subject parking violation and request that it
be set aside. On July 28, 2010, at about 11:30 am, I parked at the 1900
block of Diagonal road. I, then departed for lunch at around 12:10 and
returned at about 1:25. The citation was issued at 1:57 pm.
At no time was I parked for more than two hours. In fact, when I returned
from lunch, I wasn’t even parked in the same location. I, therefore,
respectfully request that this citation be set aside. The parking sign
specifically limits parking to a maximum of two hours. I was never
parked for more than two hours. I parked once for about 40 minutes and
