Gentlemen,

I heard from Capt Crosswell that there might be a chance of a mutually
agreeable trial date in October due to some other cases getting moved
around.  If this is the case, I'd like to get the dates changed ASAP, so we
can plan around the new dates.  As far as I'm concerned, any of the first
three weeks in October works for me (and I assume that Mr. Faraj wouldn't
want to go to trial the last week in October anyway), one of the current
trial days (7-9 Sep) would work for a motions session, and we can adjust the
remaining milestones accordingly.
