you had a chance to consider the trial date? Please assume that Mr.
Hamama will reject the plea agreement. That said, he and I will be
discussing the plea agreement again this week. If we reject the plea
agreement, starting August 9th will be problematic for me and the
end of July is quickly approaching. I am available to start a trial September
