Here is the NJP deal for your signature.  Check out the pleas, I assume that
we are going to need to fall on the sword to get the deal signed.  Both of
the old SJA are gone now and Maj Stewart thinks he can kill this case this
week.  

What do you think about paragraph 12?  Not sure we need it, but it may help.
