RE: various client matters and coordination

You have a valid concern. I need to better define or altogether sever dealing with 3D as GC. I am not providing any consultation on anything related to Hashimy. My work was related to employment matters. I am not sure if that can be perceived as a potential conflict.

H,

Still have concerns about continuing association with 3D.  Pretty sure you cannot be their GC as we already represent Hashimy.  If you disagree, let's get a written ethics opinion.  Are any of us barred in NY, e.g.?  We already walked a tightrope with the current Hashimy deal, yet to be finalized.  I'm no ethics counsel, but if Hashimy is going to do any deal with 3D in the future, (as is currently contemplated), we simply cannot have an A/C relationship on both sides of a contract.

2.       We will also be providing General Counsel type services for a new client:  MC Gold Media LLC (MC Gold Television).  They are a Michigan company.  I will prepare their contract and send it to you.

5.       I will be meeting with MC Times regarding Cpl Siddiqi and speaking to the producer of the Lou Dobbs show so they can assist with fund raising.  Please advise on the best ways to raise funds in this case in a way similar to what we did in McCabe.  This is essentially the same case with a less sexy client.  Ideally, Iâd like to sit with you on Monday if you have time so we can discuss a fund raising strategy.

See you Monday.
