Gents,
The week of 21 June will no longer work for me due to a development in
another case. I don't know if you talked to Capt Gilinsky but his email led
me to believe that week would also not work for him.
I have a contested case the week of 7 June that I may be able to move around
leaving 10 and 11 June open to do the Scarselli motion. The week of 14 June
is wide open - any of the days will work - 2 days are preferable but we can
have an early start/late session if we need to compress into one day.
Please discuss between trial and defense to see if you can find a common
date.

Gentlemen,
I am not opposed to moving the motions date but I'm not sure if there is
much flexibility here.
I am not available the week of 28 June - 5 July. I don't want to do the
motion the week before the trial so the week of 5 July is a non-starter.
That either leaves the week of 14 June or 21 June - either is fine with me.
We should set aside 2 days to ensure we have enough time.
I will let you discuss dates amongst yourselves to see if another date works
aside for 16/17 June. If not the motion will have to go on that date.
