Dear Ms. Damico: I intent to request an adjournment of the hearing scheduled
for June 8 until the week of June 28. The reason for the requested delay is because
I have a conflict with a scheduled hearing in North Carolina. My calendar is
booked with hearings and other out-of-state matters for the 2 weeks following
that week. I will be back in Michigan on June 26. Please let me know if you
will oppose the request. If the week of June 28 is inconvenient, I will also
