Fee Agreement for Thrift before I send? The Law Firm of Puckett & Faraj, P.C. ("The
Firm"), agrees to provide legal services to LT Henry S. Thrift III
(âClientâ) in connection with an investigation being conducted by the Inspector
General.ÂÂ Representation shall terminate upon
completion of the investigation. Any further representation for a
court-martial, non-judicial punishment (Captainâs Mass) or administrative
military legal process will require a new fee agreement. Client agrees that The Firm shall be entitled fees billed
hourly in increments of .1 hr, plus all costs, fees, or other charges actually
paid or incurred by The Firm in the course of such representation, regardless
of the outcome of the matter. If this matter
proceeds to a separate fee agreement that supports legal services required as a
result of the investigation, all costs paid under this agreement will be
